- We sell decanted perfumes in travel vials and vial holders. All products as shown on this website are the authentic brand perfumes. The perfumes on our website are absolutely NOT imitations or copies of branded perfumes. We have no legal relationship with the brands depicted on our website. The perfumes are individually decanted by TravelParfum and TravelParfum is not associated with the designer or manufacturer of the perfumes.
- You must register to order a product. To do so, you must provide us with your personal data. This personal information must be truthful and it must be current. We protect your personal information well; see also our Privacy Statement below. Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).
- The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service with STRIPE. We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You cannot change the address once we have already sent the package. We do our best to deliver the order within three business days. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this fails unexpectedly, you may request us to (a) refund the amount you paid for the product immediately, or (b) send you a replacement product (of equal value).
- You may always return the product within 30 days of receiving it. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@travelparfum.co.uk. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. The shipping costs of the return shipment will be paid by TravelParfum. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and packaging carefully. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.
- We are not liable for damage caused by use of a product. This does not apply if such damage was caused by our willful intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. In any case, your right to compensation will be a maximum of the amount of the product ordered and paid for.
- All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) in our texts, photos, images and other materials, are our property (or are under our control with the permission of the rights holder). Your use should not infringe upon them.
- If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear about it. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully described as possible) to info@travelparfum.co.uk. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible. If it takes longer than a week to settle the complaint, you will in any case receive confirmation of your complaint and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we are unable to resolve the complaint among ourselves, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution process.
- These general terms and conditions and the agreements we enter into with you are governed by British Law.
- We regularly offer our products at discounts. These discounts are temporarily valid. Only two TravelParfums per discount code may be taken out per household (= unique address). We reserve the right to deactivate persons who abuse our discount codes (such as taking out multiple subscriptions using discount codes at the same unique address). These individuals will have their money returned and will not be sent the perfumes.
