What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is related to the production of the TravelParfum bottles. This must be done according to regulations. These regulations are to provide you with the best quality, and to ensure safety in our lab.
We have 2 main standards.
- Quality for the customer.
- Personal Safety.
Generally, you will receive your TravelParfum within 1-4 business days depending on delivery service.
How do I use the discount?
We regularly have discounts on our website. On the home-page it is indicated what kind of discount is involved and when it applies. The discounts are automatically applied to your shopping cart so you do not need to do anything else.
My favourite perfume is not listed.
This is no problem at all. Just let us know, via the contact form, which perfume you would like. We can supply over 400 perfumes.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, it may happen that your TravelParfum is not entirely to your expectations. We do our best not to disappoint our customers. If you are still not happy with your TravelParfum, please send an email to info@travelparfum.co.uk
We will process your request. Upon confirmation of your return request, you may return your TravelParfum, free of charge.
How long can I use a TravelPerfume?
If you use 4 sprays a day your TravelParfum will last for a month.
